Valvoline Max life tranny fluid?

So has any one used Valvoline Max Life multi vehicle transmission fluid P/N 773775 for a 70-74 Cuda 727 ??
Just like to know if it is worth trying.

I have not.  But normally you are okay sticking with good name brands.  Valvoline has a good reputation.  Myself, I prefer Mobil 1 synthetic fluids.

On a new build I will often use F type
Synthetics are good too & a must for all Newer Mopar transmissions ATF+4  , Mopar / Mobil / Amsoil etc
Castrol is more common than Valvoline in Canada typically

F type offers more friction so clutches & bands have more bite / grip , Similar to B&M Trick Shift fluid

Any shift kit I have seen rec emends type F fluid, especially if you want firmer shifts.

What would be the some suggestions for transmission fluid to use??
