My friend had a little problem at the Carlisle show. Picked up some new one from Mancini at the show. Now to figure out the valve adjustment since he has no idea what cam he put in!

Those look like Proform rockers.  I had them on my old SB build before upgrading to Hughes Engines rockers.  They are cheap and crap; mine were showing excessive wear when removed at very low mileage.  If these are brand new make sure the rocker shaft oil holes are lined up, and the oil feeds from the head around the rocker shaft bolts aren't blocked by thicker than normal ARP bolts/studs, etc...
