What does this pulley go to

Bought what I thought was a crank pulley for my 340 off EBay since the one I currently have has a wobble.

I received it and it is symmetrical and has the part number 3769135. Only reference I can find on it is from a want ad on FABO about 10 years ago.

I found a link to a collision estimator that shows it to be for a 74 318/360 with PS and a HD auto trans insulator, whatever that is.

Yes, unfortunately. I wasn't aware place like Mancini sold remanned ones. Waiting to see if the seller will accept the return since it was mislabeled on EBay.
