This is the tranny that was in my '70 cuda when I purchased it. I've since replaced it with a Tremec. What does the stamp tell you ?
Its been completely rebuilt and what's it worth ?

3B 221800
PP 833 4212

3B221800 is a partial VIN, so a 1973 car made at the Hamtramck plant.
4212 is a date code decoding to somewhere around Feb 3, 1973.

That's about all I think I can tell you from those numbers.

does it have the short A-body tail shaft or the dual shifter mount B&E-body tail shaft?
I think the stamping is "3R" - 1973 Windsor, Ontario assembly plant
3R221800 - scheduled early February 1973
PP 833 4212 - assembled Wednesday February 7, 1973
