Chat message board

I did a search and I couldn't find anything regarding a chat message board. I was thinking it would be handy for when people are working on their cars. Me as a relative new person to the Hobby compared some of the old farts around here occasionally run into problems. Then we have to post a thread asking how things go together. If there was a message board people could check back in right away and see if someone was around to help them. I am just thinking that it would provide people with faster response when they're out in the shop working on there car.
