What can I say my life is always unsettled , my main computer quit so the one I use now cannot run magic jack so I have not been calling friends as much but if you download Whatsapp we can talk for free anywhere worldwide .

 Overall life is great , Happy & healthy , still love the climate prosperity is much easier but still not easy !

 2 years ago I was renting a casita & got evicted over a problem with dogs during high season so it was difficult to find an affordable place , ended up moving into a friends place stayed 1 year & was evicted again during high season because the place sold , moved into another place with a friend & 10 weeks later he is dying in hospital in Columbia now & I was evicted again during high season because the place was sold yet again , this time I cannot find a decent place to rent for a reasonable price but but high season is ending so I believe I can find a place soon , meanwhile my friends have a spare room with a separate entrance so I am crashing there .

 I also have a number of friends wanting to start & expand businesses here so I am spending time with that .
 I have kind of drifted from cars as there is nothing here to work on that is fun but it is still my main passion just been busy with helping other people recently , high season is crazy with so much to do all the time & even more difficult when you have no secure home base.
