Glass Bead Media

Why does my 80 grit Glass bead media from HF only last about 1 hour before it turns to dust / powder. I have lowered the air pressure but that did not help.

   Glass Bead is not meant to be recycled over and over. It's the fracturing of the bead that  removes the paint, rust etc. Glass is soft compared to most silica so it's a gentler way of cleaning leaving a smoother finish on the item.            DON"T BREATH THE DUST !!!

I always use a good mask.
