Accelerator pedal problem

I went to move my 70 T/A and found out the "grommet" or "insert" in the pedal was no longer in place. In addition it has disappeared somewhere in the car and I can't find it! So I went looking for a new one. I looked under pedal grommet, pedal insert, insulator etc. and can't find it. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find one. I have included a picture for reference. Thanks!

I think 68-69 B Bodies use the same sort of plug in their upper door frames

Terrific, thanks! This morning I went all over the floor of that car and can't find anything that looks like this and I drove the car into the garage last weekend.

You can just screw a small screw in there or something to block the hole

I thought of trying something like that. I did find a grommet that had a cable access opening that would go around the cable and press into the pedal. It may fit but not sure. Thanks!
