Go back not too many years, and I had a half dozen magazines showing up in my mailbox on a regular basis.  Now going to be down to 0.  :verymad:  :crying:
Started with Muscle Car Review in 2020, since then Hot Rod scaled back, Mopar Muscle ended, then Mopar Action, now the two Hemmings titles.
I've been subscribing to car magazines since I was a teenager in the 70s.  It's hard to believe that in the last 5 years or so most of them have ceased publication.
Though no notice on Hemmings website, I've seen online that some subscribers have gotten letters from Hemmings on the magazines folding, and I found this on Wikepedia:

Hemmings will cease publication of Hemmings Classic Car and Hemmings Muscle Machines effective March 2025, leaving Hemmings Motor News as the only publication in their lineup.[7] Both publications have been dropped from the website as of November 2024.

Unfortunatly in France it's the same not enough sales , price off paper skyrocking and it's over  :'(

MEK-Dangerous

Hemming's Muscle is an awesome magazine. High quality pictures on high quality paper. They didn't favor one brand of manufacturer over the others. There was always a wide range of cars they would feature.

I guess we are in the digital age of reading now. Even newspapers are going away.

RUNCHARGER

The problem with digital is the facts get skewed and history gets lost. It doesn't matter with modified cars but with legit cars it can be difficult to find what's what now. There are some good resources online but there are more bad ones. I have a few thousand magazines and tons of parts manuals and factory workshop manuals for these cars and that's why I keep it all.

Somehow sitting on the throne scrolling through your phone never has been as good as flipping through the pages of a magazine either!
With all my interests, cars, aviation, firearms, I've managed to accumulate quite a library of magazines over the decades.  I'm trying to figure out a way to put a couple 10 or 15 year old copies of Hemmings Classic Car or Muscle, or Mopar Action, or Muscle Car Review from my stash in with my mail every month.  I doubt I recall anything from issues that far back, so if I could slip a couple in every month, it would be just like receiving a new issue and I wouldn't miss the fact those magazines are no longer published!
