I can try and help you out.  I use an older version of "Paint Shop Pro" but have good results fixing up older pictures.
If you just need scratches removed and corners of the photo repaired or other things.
You can PM me if you want to send me the photo.

Join this facebook page. They can do amazing things. There is a couple people that are incredible, but theres also a few thats so, so. Its a free site so they require Please and Thank you and are very strict about it. Ive had cars and 100 yr old photos focused and colorized.
