Heated seat backs are very important.  Amazing how many people leave out heating the seat backs when building a custom shower.   The seat backs make it comfortable.

OMG!!! What a construction Cody, just an amazing amount of work and talent. I'm glad I wasn't the guy who had to tile the bath ceiling, that's for sure! The neighbours are dwarfed in comparison. They're mostly 3 to 4 inches.  It's all custom builds and some of the showers are pretty large and in the 9' wide range.

It's in Rockaway Beach, OR.  The house normally rents for $1,000 to $1,500 a night and in the summer and holidays it goes up to $2,000 to $3,000 a night.

Yes, the pilings have to go down to bedrock which is determined by a geotech.  If I recall I think ours were around 26' down.
