Cody,

  Congratulations!   :clapping:

I think I could be happy just living in that bathroom. That house turned out gorgeous!

Is that a 3/4" thick pan or was it sunken in the floor and made into a 3" thick pan?
Just curious.  Not trying to pick it apart in any way.

Heated seat backs are very important.  Amazing how many people leave out heating the seat backs when building a custom shower.   The seat backs make it comfortable.

OMG!!! What a construction Cody, just an amazing amount of work and talent. I'm glad I wasn't the guy who had to tile the bath ceiling, that's for sure! The neighbours are dwarfed in comparison. What beach is this and may one enquire what the rent is? You can PM me if that's confidential info. Awesome man.

Now it all makes sense...selling off parts and cars and seemingly fading from the group. I knew something was up. You've definitely earned it. Beautiful work.

They're mostly 3 to 4 inches.  It's all custom builds and some of the showers are pretty large and in the 9' wide range.

It's in Rockaway Beach, OR.  The house normally rents for $1,000 to $1,500 a night and in the summer and holidays it goes up to $2,000 to $3,000 a night.

Yes, the pilings have to go down to bedrock which is determined by a geotech.  If I recall I think ours were around 26' down.

I think we should book a weekend next year and have a Mopar party on the beach!
