Best way to remove urethane from window mouldings?

I have some mouldings caked with black urethane from some previous owner probably trying to fix  leak  ::) , what tricks for easliy removing it - laquer thinner or ???

I cut off what I can and then wipe off whats left with lacquer thinner. You almost need a full body condom for that job it seems.

I would agree with Acetone, as I don't think Lacquer thinner will work. You might also try MEK, if your state allows it. And I have found the best luck combining mechanical release with chemical. Seems to work better - IMO.
