I love the slate boy white rose sign and 2 gilbarco white rose visible gas pumps in that 1920's photo; as you can tell I collect and restore old gas pumps too.

the REEDMAN dealership in Langhorne, PA (25 miles outside of Philadelphia) sold just about everything  :looney: 18 dealer franchises 1970
they got a pile of the '64 HEMI 440 Dodge hardtop street cars & I know of a '71 340 4-speed Plymouth 'cuda 'vert and '70 Chevrolet LS6 SS 'vert from there

Being fro PA-growning up in the 60's 70's and working at many car lots in my early teens I saw a TON of Reedmans  emblems on trunks of cars. My brothers 64 Plymouth Sport Fury came from there. It was a 413- console Auto--all black with a red gut. That is the car that put MOPAR or NO CAR in my mind for the rest of my life.

Found this pic of my local Dodge Dealer
Short personal story on this dealership;

This was Arrow Motors in West New York, New Jersey (sadly today it is a laundry mat)

Used to pass by this dealer while on a bus going to my high school for 4 years
2nd showroom to the right (not in this pic) I distinctly remember high performance cars like a Daytona and RT Challengers sitting there not sold when I graduated in June, 1970. Made me dream about owning the Challenger.

Later when I was working as a mechanic, I used to buy all my Challenger parts here in the early 70's ( at mechanic's net of course) including the NOS stuff, some of I still have today.

The Parts Manager used to give me the old NS1 and super-ceded parts books when the new ones came in!

Just some great memories for me with this one.

PS; Looks like a 64 Plymouth on the road on the bottom left of the pic

Reedmans was a favorite place of mine just to visit and wander around.
In the early 70's I used to take the trip from Northern NJ with friends just to do that.
Loved that place and prices were reasonable.
I distinctly remember a Challenger RT/SE automatic 440 car; got to sit in it and drool.  Was still in college and had no money of course.
