  I was thinking "Doesn't seem quite right to call him that." but apparently he knows it and is clearly putting it out there for the world to see. Maybe his defense will be along the lines of "You were warned".

What's worse?  The DIRTBAG on his plate or what looks like an Oakland Raiders license plate frame?        Do you think he got the license plate frame free with the purchase of his plate?
