Have you guys caught the new Cars & Crime series on MAX called Duster?  It's set in the early 70's about a getaway driver in a 1970 Plymouth Duster 340 and a new FBI agent trying to get him to turn into an informant.  Lots of cool 60s and 70s cars in the background, plenty of action too.  The main character is Josh Holloway, from Lost series, he starred in that also.  Anyways, check it out, the intro is worth the watch also, it's pretty cool too think Hot Wheels.  Check out the link below for more info on what Car and Driver has to say about it.

I have been following the series, enjoy the cars and the music from that period. It's on Max Thursday nights at 9:00pm EST.

Great, just as I start getting into A bodies, a show comes out that is going to drive up prices.

Just finished the series, it was so-so.
Poor acting and story line, but cool seeing the old cars.

Been watching but still have yet to see an ebody in the show . .
Drive it like you stole it . . . And they're CHASING you!

Sorry to disappoint you guys, but there are no E-Bodies in this series.  Yes, the car chase scenes don't hold a candle to Vanishing Point and Bullitt.  Also, the plot and acting isn't good as Breaking Bad either.  But IMHO,  it's much better than most of the stuff Hollywood has been putting out lately.  Growing up in the Detroit area in the 70's, I did get into the 70's vibe and attention to detail on the movie set for that era.  I though they did good job on the music, clothes, cars (except for no e-bodies),  big revolvers (think Dirty Harry), etc.  One thing I caught was in the father of the main character's garage, he had baby food jars screwed up on a shelf to hold small parts, nuts, screws, etc.  Back then I think everybody's dad did that.

Anyways, sorry if I wasted your time.  Take care, Snowdoggie
