the numbers are now coming up as local numbers I don't know how they're getting away with that and then when you try to call him back it says they do not take numbers phone calls phone company involved in all this crap

It,s called spoofing!  I called one local # back and the older lady that answered didn't make the call. another few times the # was disconnected or not in service.

Ah, I got a local one this morning there was for a credit card I pushed one talk to somebody from India and I said oh you're going to pay all my credit cards and then she goes recording recording recording and then hangs up 2 minutes later I get another local almost don't answer it but I do and it turns out it was somebody local that was I was trying to get a a bid from on a project so I almost don't even answer the locals.
