At approximately 9am this morning, an officer went into the Kenaston Walmart and came back to find their cruiser jacked up and missing all 4 tires. shocking!  I never understand just letting something sit like that

that's cuz you're a city dweller. out in them hills, we got space, rocking chairs, moonshine and porches.  getting rid of a junky car we hope to restore, is way, way, way down on the list.
