Had an 82 RM 80, an 85 KX 80 and then an 87 CR 125. After that I decided against getting into street bikes and got into Challengers instead.

When I put my CR up for sale I had a guy offer to trade me his 70 Cuda 340  for it - I said no thanks, (I already have a Challenger) - WTF was I thinking?  :bricks:

This is my Harley I rode to sturgis this year.
I also have a Suzuki gsxf 750 Crotch Rocket.

But I really love the woods and high mountain trails!

1979  Yamaha YZ490 2 stroke.  And I am 59 years old!

I had a 1972 Yamaha DT125, a 1976 YZ 125, a 1978 YZ125 and still own a 1974 YZ80 that is fun to putt around on. An easily dislocated shoulder has caused me to give up motorcycle riding, especially dirt bikes. I ride atvs now at our cabin, mostly to do work.

I had several in my younger days and even did motocross for a few years. First Bike was a 73 Yamaha 360 MX-then a 74 Yamaha 250 MX-another 360 Yamaha enduro-then a 79 Yamaha 250MX--1980 Yamaha 465 MX-1981 Honda 250 water cooled. These were some of the best years of my life trail riding and racing. A few shots from  the good old days when a brand new bike was between $800 and 1200.00.

I ride.

I own two Honda XR400's and an xr250 so I can convince people to ride with me.

I've got thousands of miles of trails right out side my front door.  I'm a big single track rider.  Where I live I can hit a single track trail from my garage and not see another human all day long. Some days I ride 100-140 miles a day without seeing anyone.

Here is a picture from this year on the rainbow trail.  Single track.  We had a big forest fire just outside of town and this is a spot that I stopped at in the middle of the fire path.

That`s awesome you have access to miles of trail from your door, we have designated trails and riding areas here in NH but they are fairly limited unless I drive 3-4 hours north. The one I used to ride by my old house was only ten minutes away but was a kinda boring old railroad bed - straight and flat. Too many restrictions and complaining home owners limit good trails, power lines and other riding areas around here.

Started out with a Yamaha it125, then a Honda xl100 then I bought a xl600r brand new road that thing everywhere. When my son got old enough got him a xr80 and I got a xr600 what a tank if you could stay on it it would take you there endless power but your arms would wear out fighting the weight.

"Kawasaki 750 H2 triple two stroke death ride! " LOL! I've still got mine, but it hasn't run in decades. Maybe that's why I'm still here to tell the tale! I used to trade my friend my 72 340 4 spd Duster for his new '73 KZ900 and I've never been on anything faster. I had it doing an indicated 160mph one night and it was still pulling. I ran out of balls before it did!  :))

Always wanted an H2 and a Z1. I've played with some others though. I might restore one more 1150 Zuke I'm thinking. Mopars are just unaffordable in Canada, bikes I can do.

I've only had 1 bike in my entire life and it was a Yamaha 80GT.  I rode it for 3 or 4 years in my youth ( I'm 57 now ) and sold it locally.  I did enjoy the time I had it, but never really got into bikes.  This picture is not the actual bike I had, but it's identical.  I guess I live a sheltered life because I've never broken a bone.  Just cuts & scrapes that hurt real bad!!

I`d love a 750 triple, my first street bike at 19 yrs old was a brand new `79 GS750E. It was a pretty quick bike and I rode it WFO front wheel in the air most of the time, not sure how I lived thru it. Also had a GS850 and a KZ1000.
