Hubcap ?

I've got these two hubcaps and don't know what brand they are. Can you identify them by the logo? The one is a little hard to make out but it's two lions on either side of a crown I think.

The first one has a plastic center and is painted black on the back side.  There are a few remnants of silver on the back too.
