My bet is 73 charger , I think the bumperettes were bigger in 74 , looks like the passenger side of Murrays Charger at the beginning having been in the same seat

I had read that 74 original hoods did not have the slots at the rear of the hood.  Only year without the cowl slots.

The rear bumper guards were larger in 74.  The fronts were the same size.
