I have to give a BIG shout out to member Dakota. I met him today and he gave the model engines pictured below. He came by them from an acquaintance who had passed away and thought I might be interested in them for my shop. Nobody just gives this stuff away but he did. If only the world was filled with people like him. Thanks so much Warren, they will be displayed pride.

Man, that "Visible V-8" sure brings back memories! I built one as a grade 8 project and they're pretty realistic. What a kind and generous gift to make Warren, and Murray, you're in the right place at the right time. Congrats all 'round. I see some shelve building in the future. LOL  :bigthumb:

They were out about 20 years ago...very rare today.

What scale are the engines? I can't figure out if they sit on a table top, or if you have to put them on the floor.

Nice find, by the way!

1:6 scale I believe. Table top. about 5"x6"x about 7" high.
