misc bolts and brackets

There was a coffee can of bolts etc in the trunk of the car when we bought it.  I found a few things that seem like they might be useful, but I don't know what they are.  Please help me identify these parts and where they go.  The 2 bolts have curved "washers" under the heads that appear to be for putting the bolt thru a round shaft.

The two bolts are with rocker arm spacers. The 2 loose brackets are spark plug wire harnesses.

The bracket in your hand goes on the very last exhaust manifold bolt on the passenger side and holds the #8 plug wire. The other one goes on the front bolt of the manifold. The two bolts you have figured out all ready.
