Looks like it is time to add one to the list of tools. I have not seen any topics here on them so turning to the forum for some pointers on a good unit for the garage. Not looking for a full blown commercial one, just for occasional use on today's vehicles. I see ones that work with the android phones and standalone units, just not sure which would be a good all around one to pick up. Any suggestions, help or thoughts on a good unit to purchase is appreciated.

What I use is more than most would want....  But a friend/customer/client bought it for me when I was working on a fairly involved problem on his 6.0 Powerstroke...
