Always sad when we lose another one . .  :bye:
Drive it like you stole it . . . And they're CHASING you!

Conveyor belt of life keeps moving, another one gone.
It was a bid deal when they came to town, spent a good amount of time watching them. Had the hot wheels and models.

Ahh ...that sucks.....81 is a good life though....and he spent most of it in the "fast lane" so it's all good :burnout:
I've taught you everything you know....but I haven't taught you everything I know....

Don?  Not Prudomme...

My mistake...I thought he had passed away as well.
Believe I crossed up with Ronny Sox.

I actually got to see Snake and Mongoose race at our local strip decades ago.  He will be missed.  :andyangel:

Another one goes... I remember being fascinated as a kid with the colorful nicknames and cars of that era.

RIP. I may have been in the grandstands the day this picture was taken. These guys left an indelible image etched in my brain. From 1973 to 1979 I was a frequent visitor at FREMONT RACEWAY in my 55 Chevy. Later, it became Baylands Raceway and now Fremont Auto Mall  :'(. Only lived six miles away.
