Some opinions on the “hood” please.

I have seen a decent amount of black hood scoops, but my preference is body color. Was black hood scoops ever an option on E-bodies?

I remember seeing chrome inserts on a couple 'cuda hoods, but never on a Challenger. Not a fan.

Body paint if you want original. Black if you have a black stripe or vinyl roof. If you polish, they will have to be coated with clear to maintain shine, otherwise would be a pain in the ass to keep shiny.

Perhaps something in a wonderfully warm ...fuscia or a bold lime green? You know, take that walk on the wild side.  :))
