The Mopar Shop

Has anyone had or having issues with The Mopar Shop? The reason I ask is, I need to return an item. Their online for returns says use the "Contact form" or call. After attempting to submit 3 emails all 3 cannot be sent. An error message pops up. OK so I call. Mailbox is full. Something doesn't smell right. Is The Mopar Shop a 2 bit outfit?? BTW There is no address listed on the web site. I'm not getting a good feeling here.

I've never used them.
According to google the address is 35399 Ave 12 1/2, Madera, CA 93636
