what about DHL lately?

Hello
did anybody have troubles with DHL lately? Have sent the distributor for my 71 Six Pack Challenger to be updated by Joe Smith. So went to my local DHL agency on april 22 and sent the correct distributor and NOS control box to Joe to be assembled. After clearing customs on april 28, it has been on hold since then at the Cincinnati hub. Asked my DHL customer service about the whereabouts of this shipment, and it was nowhere to be found. So it seems to be lost somewhere at the Cincinnati hub.
ANybody has been through this mess with DHL? DId they refund the package? It was sent as parts to be repaired.
