Anybody ever see one like this before. 70 T/A in FM3 but does not have the blacked out hood. I was told it was a very early production before they fixed their mistake.
Any body have any info ?

I have very same model and same no blackout on hood.

Got mine when they first came out.

I remember when those first came out must have been over 25 years ago, and thinking what the heck were they thinking.  Some designer dropped the ball.
There's a few on eBay right now.  ERTL 1:18 models really lost their steam when the more detailed competitors came on the market like Rt 61.
