Maui jims!!! Stupid expensive but worth it.... kinda like Cuda parts!

I like the Maui Jim's. I still have my favorite pair I bought in 2000 with glass polarized lenses. I call them my "Men in Black" glasses.

HP2

Ray Ban aviators and AO Pilots with polarized lenses. I got the Pilots with wrap around temples so I can use them without them falling off my face. Great when I'm on the water.  Aviators primarily get used in high altitude or super bright sun as they are a pretty deep tint, not good at all for in the car. Tend to use these most two often although I've got some other inexpensive mini sized imitation pilots and wrap around styles.

Recently saw an advert for some I may try. $60 for two pair. This company advertises glasses and watches in a lot of magazines.

Any more, even cheap drug store sunglasses are running $15-30 each.

I use oakley's and serengeti's.   Prefer amber and polarized

After years like Brad with Cheap sunglasses , I drive so much I bought a pair of Serengeti there were awesome for approx 3 months then I bent over while wearing them  & one of the lenses popped out of the frame & shattered on concrete , I am back to cheap  :bricks:

I also bought a nice pair of Serengetis and proceeded to scratch a lense within a month, right in my normal focus.

Back to cheap.

I have been wearing Native sunglasses for the past five years.  Polarized and amber lenses.  I get a lot of compliments on the looks of them.  They are expensive, but not Oakley expensive.  Lifetime guarantee.  If you damage them in any way, just send them in with $20 and you get a new replacement pair.  I scratched a lens once, sent them in and had a new pair within the week.  EZ.  Find a pair of cheap ones in Ebay, scratch the lens, and send them in for a new pair for $20. That is your best deal.

IRON MAN

Two weeks ago riding home from GoodGuys Pleasanton car show a bee or hornet dive bombed me on the freeway. Traffic was ~45 mph when it stung me below the eye lid. I swatted at it knocking off my Ray-Ban Caravan sun glasses, and almost knocked myself out. Not only got stung but gave myself a black eye, and no Ray-Bans. :pokeeye: I ordered Red Baron WW1 aviator goggles from England with 100% UV protection.
