So when I turn the key backwards towards accessory, to turn radio only on. My reverse light goes on and the interior dash reverse light goes on (4 speed).
Is that normal?

yes. That is the way it works, that is if my memory works.

Yup, you're all good. Should only come on if the car is in reverse though :D
