I was told these are also made by WIX, is that hold true of these new ones too ?
Just curious...what is the difference in application between the blue one and the red white and blue?

same filter. So yes these will work.
specific year by colors. Blue was up to 70-71, the red white blue 72-78. the Green filter was the production line filter that some are wanting.
