If it helps you find a date, here's some dates of 3 speed wiper motors and the original scheduled build dates of the car's they came out of:
1970 Hemi Cuda built Oct 6th 1969 (A06) = Wiper Date 1749
1970 Hemi Challenger built Nov 25th 1969 (B25) = Wiper Date 3079
1970 Challenger T/A built April 3rd 1970 (403) = Wiper Date 3429
1970 Challenger R/T built March 11th (LA) (311) = Wiper Date 2939
1971 Cuda Built Dec 3rd 1970 (C03) = Wiper Date 2990

sorry Cody, I see what you are asking me. I was only trying to give you a date frame on the wiper motor... I do understand the fender date code. I should have been more clear.
According to the info I have found on Dave Wise site, the Wiper motor should be around 120 days prior to car production. The Door sticker on my car is 3/70 and scheduled date was April 2nd so the car was probably the last week of march. 120 days Prior should put me in the range of November 69 to early Dec 69 for a wiper motor.
The 342 date code you have should work perfect.
