Sounds about right, 340/518/3.73/60mph = 16.5
That's with OD, so it matches yours.

Same exact car, swapped in 5.7 for the 340, 150 more HP and now gets 20mpg.

I would do 3". That's what I will be doing on my 6.1 based 426 for my cuda. On my factory 6.1 SRT it came with 2.75 from the factory. An unofficial rule of thumb is over 550hp is time to go up to 3 inches
