How was the swap meet?

How was the swap meet?
It was good, lots of parts, I did not need that much and I can't take big parts in my suitcase, so I just browsed, but I found rear window regulators for my -73, the guy selling them was not sure they were e-body, (gonna check the partnumbers soon), but for 10 bucks, I can afford to take a chance so I bought them. Was looking for a -71 grille for a friend, didn't find any, they did have a very nice -71 Cuda grille though, $800. Seems to be way more b-body parts available than e-body.
I need a drivers side interior a-pillar moulding if someone has an inexpensive one, any color. (73 Challenger)
Great weather. Much bigger than last Fall Fling you went to Cody. That was an outlier low turnout because of an overnight spot shower/drizzzle
Saw quite a few e-body parts. A couple guys getting rid of extras and doubles from resoring cars.
I bought a new in the box 70-71 ECS (N95, Cal Emission) Spectra Gas tank for $75 in the box. New rubber inner fender shields and hood to cowl for $10. And two framed Ebody manufactures promo prints framed for $30/pr, 20+ die grinder flapper sanding scrolls for $5.
Have ton more pics but these are on my phone handy.
Wait a minute, sound control from Sweden? I missed it this year, but participated in something really cool today. Thanks for the pics everyone.

Yes, I'm in L.A visiting my daughter who lives here now. Going to SEMA monday-friday.
Like our local Moparefest, seems to bring out a lot of driver quality cars, which is nice to see....cars people actually drive.

We get a very large amount of those. It's just because with our weather you can daily drive these cars. And there are still un-restored cars in good enough shape to not require a full resto to keep them from rusting in half.
Some pics I stole from Facebook.
Some more pics from the show...
Here are pics from the Malibu Cruise on Friday morning to lunch.
Seems to be the same size as when I went last year.
That convert still seems to be for sale at 35k eh?

The black 70 Barracuda Conv? or the brown Challenger Conv?
I'm pretty sure the 70 Barracuda changed hands since last Spring Fling.
I heard there was a 70 or 71 brown Challenger convertible the guy was asking $65K.
I didn't get over to the show side. Anybody know if it was this one?
The black convert. When I was down last year it was for sale and now it looks like there is a for sale sign in it this year.
I guess it's a flippers dream.

Anyone make their wife carry a radiator around all day? :))
E-body parts...
Good thing the China repro E-body trunk lids are thinner metal than OE :takepicture:
I hear they are rated for Street Crossings !
ABC Parts out of Arizona IS making E-body dash pads from steel cores. https://abcmoparts.com/
He showed me the different grains he has for 70 vs 71-74.
ABC Parts will be at Spring Fling 33, April 13 & 14, 2019 for you to see them in person.
Some more swap scores

A few goodies Cody :)
Looks like I have a few Mopar dealer license plate frames in my hand in that picture which is my current obsession/hoarding/weakness.
This was a real running fuelie 1958 Chrysler 300D, very cool!
Wow: I think they made about 6 and they were all supposed to be converted to carbs.

Mistyped. They are making them with original steel cores.

It had a price tag of 48k, he said he bought it for 35k. It was a rust bucket.
