Title: 1970 Challenger Fuel Talk
Post by: Daveh on May 06, 2022, 10:12:18 AM
Hey Guys,

Who has the best fuel tank for a 70 Challenger.  Without the emissions tubes.  Mine got dented (don't ask,  :(' ) and I need to replace it.  Thanks

How about stainless vs galvanized?

Dave

If you're going with an internal electric pump for the tank, I'd suggest Tanks Inc.   I'm very happy with mine.  Otherwise I'd contact Roseville.

No just a regular stock tank.

I'm thinking the AMD tank.

Are they the same as Spectra?
Usually Quanta is at Carlisle, too.

Spectra is the manufacturer (Canadian) and Quanta is a U.S. seller.  They are really nice tanks.  Make sure you get a legit one with the Made in Canada stamp.
