Thank you Dave for all you do - sponsorship, discounts, tech advice, suggestions, etc, stc, etc.

Not only do they sponsor this site, they also just plain give good service and know what you're talking about when you call them. Much better than a typical all makes vendor.
Thanks Dave. outstanding service and help.. recommend to anybody.
I 2nd that emotion......Thanks Dave! :veryexcited:
thanks ALL. keep in mind Jon and Ryan are also able to assist you with web orders and phone calls. If i don't answer please leave me a voice mail but email is best.
You can also call Jon or Ryan at 586-859-2613.
My roll has changed a bit at the dealership as I'm now the Service and Parts Director that over seas Parts, Service, Body Shop. But i keep close tabs on parts and restoration still.
Happy New Year to all and thank you for supporting Rosevillemoparts.
I have dealt with Jon, nice guy to deal with and knows the products well. I make it a point to visit the dealership in August during the Woodward Dream cruise.
I will add my thanks and recommend them highly. When I did my cuda I got almost all parts need from Roseville. Great customer service and quick response times. :bradsthumb:
:ohyeah:
Been picking up what I can from Roseville. I usually communicate via email with Ryan.
Have had a couple of hiccups (not complaining), mistakes happen. Even then, one of the problems was supplier related. When brought to Ryan's attention, they got fixed quickly. I appreciate the service they provide.
He is great to deal with and really nice parts.
Another :iagree: as Dave is a standup guy
Thanks for all the help Dave, with both parts and the web site. I've purchased several parts from Dave over the years. Great guy to work with. :perfect10:
I had one bad experience with Roseville Moparts and it had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with Roseville....
I wanted to buy a set of Challenger interior panels from them and enjoy our E-Bodies discount....
Jonathen told me they were out of stock, but if I really needed them, he could have them "drop shipped" from another supplier....I readily agreed thinking "what could be the harm in that " .....
Because of that companies backlog in paper work, Roseville didn't invoice me until after the panels arrived. :bigthumb: I fell off my chair when I got the invoice...they charged me $400.00 USD or roughly $650 CDN to ship the two boxes of interior panels :o When I question Jon about it, he sent me their copy of the invoice from the company that shipped them, and sure enough they charged Roseville $400 ...That's a bit of a mark up if you ask me.... :bricks: that plus UPS brokerage and taxes... :looney:
In comparison...at the same time Silver Sport Transmission shipped four very heavy boxes, including a transmission, to my door for only $250 USD :notsure:
I placed an order in mid-December, of all times, yet I received the entire, correct order within two days. I'm highly satisfied and I'll definitely shop again! Thanks.
Thanks for everything Dave, Jon, & Ryan
I have dealt with all three and all three do a great job!
Thank you very much Dave and everyone at Roseville mopar parts . Got small order to Australia in five days Awsome cheers :australia:
You guys are awesome! Thanks for the standup customer service!
I recommend you across all the mopar boards. Roseville is a great company to deal with!
