Title: Wiper Motor restoration
Post by: e_body70 on February 25, 2019, 10:04:15 AM
Hey everyone, I just wanted to share a picture of the before/after restoration of my wiper motor.  Bruce Somer @Ns1aar (https://forum.e-bodies.org/mlist/ns1aar_541) on this forum, did an amazing job restoring my wiper motor!  I highly recommend his work.  You can check out his website here:  http://www.ns1aar.com/

Could have saved money on postage and sent it to Stephan Fournier as well  :)

I rebuilt my wiper motor, but couldn't get it to work so I sent it to Bruce.   He found a loose wire in one of the connectors and didn't charge me anything other than return postage.   He's an honest dude in my book.

@anlauto (https://forum.e-bodies.org/mlist/anlauto_19) my wiper motor and latches were done at separate times.

Those both look nice but a little different from each other.

:dunno: something other than the difference between a '70 motor & one for a late '73?

A restored wiper motor is one of the nicer details to have done both aesthetically and functionally.

I'm guessing the cover is the only difference between the 2 motors.

That is mostly correct there are internal differences between 71 and older and 72 and newer
