That's a 1974 only part and I do not believe it's available in reproduction. The 70's are similar but smaller.

was told the belts I just got were 73.

Had nothing to go on except memory, that didn't do any good....lol I wondered why the upper part was different than I remembered,> had 3 (?) hooks/ clips to hold the belt to the head liner area.
These go from the floor, up to the roof, then down to the seat, > retract when un latched.
guess there are really 74....
