Your link didn't work but I'm pretty sure my friend bought that one the other day.

I can't find it now but If the butterscotch R/T was solid and original it was probably a good deal.

This $53k beauty gave me a chuckle for so many reasons.

@torredcuda (https://forum.e-bodies.org/mlist/torredcuda_122)

I guess you're talking about that RT in picture? 340 RT EL5.
If yes, this car is for sale since a very long time...it was already on CL in 2016/2017

The ad is deleted but it will probably come back online again

Yes that was the car he bought. It's pretty nice from what I hear. I'll be seeing it later in the week. It started in the $20s, then $20, recently $15k or BO. He ended up getting it for a decent price. Numbers matching 340 was already rebuild and it came with a bunch of extra parts like an almost complete 4 speed setup and alot more.

That sounds like he got a decent deal.
Now I just have to unsee that FJ5 one with the backwards wing...

The backwards wing might be easier/cheaper to fix than those rear fender flairs....  :rubeyes:

The standard dash makes me wonder if it's even an original R/T? :looney:

No need to wonder I don't think. If it was priced correctly it would be fine for a guy wanting to get his start in an E-body though. At $53k the butcher is going to "enjoy it" for a long time.
