I was thinking so too! really hard to tell what all is there and condition but should be easy to break even worse case.
And it is way closer to Canada than to Houston, for inspection ;)
I tried to get a phone number to talk to the owner, and buy it. No reply. Not surprising as I'm sure thousands of other people saw it before I did.
I was messaging with him for a couple of days on facebook. I reached out within an hour of him posting it and told him I would take it. He had a couple of guys ahead of me already but after a couple of days it hadn't sold. I thought I still had a shot at it Saturday morning but he marked it pending and I haven't heard back from him. He was just too far away from me to get there quick.
