Title: Toronto Canada historical photo
Post by: Desmond on February 11, 2017, 09:00:40 AM
What are the chances that a random photo of Yonge Street, Toronto in 1971 captures TWO (!) 1970 E-bodies passing each other. Wild.

Looks like the Challenger is braking to check out the Cuda, wishing he had of bought on of those instead :pokeeye:

Great shot. Looks like that Cuda has rust on it already, should have bought a Challenger. Most likely tired of the one eye dash already.

Great pic.
I know this is an old post but I wanted to share another from same intersection but different view, that I have saved from the historic Toronto photos.
I thought it was my car when I first saw it because I found my car parked in an underground a few blocks away.
here is the pic of Yonge and Bloor and of my Challenger.

Looks like that green Challenger was sporting its winter change-over tires on the back.  I lived in Montreal in the 70's and it was a ritual twice a year.

Looks like the green Challenger in the old pic has a black bumblebee stripe.
