The term ''Resto-Mod'' is as misused as the term ''Survivor''.
To me Resto-Mod means a somewhat stock appearance, with modern power and convenience... Those have been doing good recently at auctions, if tastefully done... To me, this one is just an '80's style custom!

I tried but I could not find the '69 Mercury Cougar taillights in the Chrysler Corporation Production Option Code Book.  :))
