Just sharing a recent video I did. It's the 1996 - 2002 Dodge Viper Buyer's Guide Video. :burnout: It's not an E-Body, but they are still pretty cool. And it's still a Mopar. I tried to cover items I felt are important for first time Vipers buyers to know. Of course I cover some of the basics, but I also go in to the finer details, differences and running changes from year to year plus I share some rare and not often seen items. Hope it helps anyone that is thinking of buying a Gen II Viper.

Thank you!
I was just reading rumors about the new Viper. They say the cheap one might even come out under $100,000.00 :looney:
Great video, thanks Cody!
Thanks for doing this ... I still want an 2000-2002 viper even though it may never happen :drooling:
I wouldn't mind a gen 2 coupe of course but I don't see getting rid of my Gen iv anytime ever. Vipers are great cars. I thought I wanted a Hellcat until I drove a Viper.
Good job Cody! If " my ship" ever comes in I'll get you to help me pick a good one!
I'll admit I did wince a few times at footage of Vipers getting wrecked. :('
Excellent quality video Cody...I had no idea you were into Vipers that "deep"
Outstanding video!
Nice video! A 5th gen ACR is a bucket list car for me. I've driven a 2017 and fell in love with it. It's an awful street car, but that's sorta what I love about it. It's the most "raw" new car I've ever driven. :burnout:
Nice shirt!
Great video, very informative!
I Love both of them...
Thanks Cody
:thankyou:
Great video, lots of info I didn't know.. I did spend some time checking out the back round in the shop!!!
This is the worst thing I've seen all week!
J/K, lol, now I want a Viper!
Well put together and very informative.
Just watched it - that was GREAT. :bradsthumb: Now I can impress my friends with this new found Viper knowledge.
Great video. Viper is on my bucket list and I know nothing about them so this was very informative. I think when I get one I'll pay you to check it out! LOL
I can't understand anything. All the talking is muffled. Am I doing something wrong?
I had no problem with it
Fantastic video, I absolutely love my 01 ACR. Thank you again Cody for giving me the sage advice to keep it over going to an exotic and of course you were/are 100% in that I can wrench on this car with the tools I have. I just need to drive it more :)
Mine was 1 of 38 yellow ACR GTS's that did not come with stripes (although I did add tape stripes right after I got it). Mine was also ordered with the optional AC and stereo.
Who gave the video a thumbs down? I dont own or want a viper, yet I really enjoyed that video. I could see you making a E-bodies video but it would be like 3 hours long and thats with fast talking. I like how quick you went over lots of info. Thats what good teachers do.
Surprisingly informative and extremely detailed video, will view it in steps during the week. Thanks Cody
I don't get it. I can't understand anything other than mumbling. I tried uping my quality of video in settings. Tried going directly to youtube. Ended up watching an hour long documentary on Bob Ross. Love that guy! As well as several other things I watched with no problem. Anyone have any idea why I'm the odd man out?
Have you tried accessing it on youtube directly?

thanks for video documentation now i love viper even more and what a cool collection of vipers :thankyou: :bradsthumb:
Very informative, you know you have a garage when it echos !
Yeah one thing I like about starting my Viper in the garage is having the sound blast back at you off the walls of the garage.
Great, CudaHunter is getting into vipers now. Must be the side scoops. Did you you get the video to work with the above link? Its worth watching.
Informative and great video. Some added info down the road maybe price ranges for what you already went over.
I haven't had time to watch it, but I hope you included a healthy segment on how NOT to be the next statistical new-owner who wraps his Viper around a tree/light pole/guardrail/Nissan Sentra in their first 2 hours of ownership... :)
(That kinda stuff happens a... LOT...)
