The calendar was already pretty full for this weekend. I guess I could have included it in the Friday/Saturday slots but it's a 3 day event.

You're right Cody, the date boxes just get bigger to include new additions. I wish I would have known that before my first post. When adding an event to the Calendar, the site automatically starts a new thread.
