Found this steel wire piece inside my passenger door. I don't believe it belongs in there. Anyone recognize this thing?

Left hand low beam headlight screwdriver? Stainless Steel fallopian tube?

It looks like one of those hangers that powder coat shops use.

They hang parts off the rack rods, using these before going into the oven.
