I think his asking price is optimistically high, I could see low $30's as being a MAX.....but you never know....it's hard to take a $10K project and get it that far for another $30K :'(

Looks like he spent more time cleaning up under hood than the interior...
Always amazes me to see cars that look OK, but the interior needs a cleanup and simple detailing...
Maybe you're not a clean freak, but the prospective buyers are!
