Small block stuff is allot easier than big block.... IMO $700 is a stretch.... Now if complete truly means complete & he's got the dash vents, the push button control unit, the vacuum harness, the under dash ducts then it's a deal & someone should grab it...
Yes: I bet if it included good big block lines it would be long gone already.
