Title: 71 cuda buildsheet to fender tag

Hey guys, new here. Was going to see if anyone would be able to help me out on how my fender tag would look. I am missing the fender tag possibly a 2 tag car. I have the build sheet. Was wondering what actually was displayed on the fender tag from the build sheet.
Car is a 71 cuda EV2 340 4 speed. Options from the build sheet are as follows.
A01 A45 A62 A67 B41 B51 C16 C55 C93 D53 D91 E55 F56 F96

Is there a car body with cowl and radiator support numbers that goes with that build sheet.

Car got into a wreck back in the day and has a different front end off a different cuda. I believe it was a 71 cuda shaker car that the front end was from. Do you have any info on this? Or why are you asking?
