Not sure if you're aware but an allen wrench of the correct size works great as well. Or a drill bit if you're setting it up outside of the car.

Boy that's overkill . Hurst just had a round pin with a 90degree bend. Drill bit works too .

What if the reverse arm has no hole to go through? Mine is a factory mopar shifter and it has no hole in reverse arm lever to put anything through all three arms. I cant use the hurst tool or anything else to go through it.
